Our ramen soup is based on Tonkotsu which is made from pork and we use fresh water from Nagano to make our flat noodle that has elasticity . There are variety of soup, soy sauce, miso, and salt, normaly customers drink the soup uu! Topping of ramen, especially the secret recipeChashu(pork) is tasty.
